I need reasonable adjustments, what should I do?
We want to ensure that you get the opportunity to shine at your interview. You do not need to tell us why you need an adjustment, just what you need so we can accommodate you. Examples of reasonable adjustments could include, more time for a task, asking for captions to be switched on during a video interview or asking for your interview to take time at a particular time of day because you are fasting, need to pray, take medication, need to do the school run or eat at a certain time. This list is not exhaustive so please get in touch to discuss any adjustments that you may need.

How do I know that a job post and communication about a job is from Attest and is genuine?
We’re aware of some scam job adverts and social media accounts doing the rounds pretending to be from Attest, and it unfortunately looks as if these scammers are seeking to unlawfully collect personal and financial information. You can find out further information about how to avoid such scams.

Will Attest ask me to complete paid work as part of the hiring process?
We would never ask candidates to complete paid for work as part of the hiring process, nor would we ask you to share bank details, request or send payments, or ask you to purchase any equipment.
Unfortunately, this seems to be another element of popular scams. Please do not engage and report any such messages to your provider, as well as reaching out to us by email to support@askattest.com with any relevant information.
Sometimes candidates might be asked to complete short tasks as part of the interview process so we can see you in action. The tasks will always be shared with you during an interview, or by email from our Talent Team or hiring manager via an “@askattest.com” email address – never via Telegram, WhatsApp or social media.
The same goes for contractors and freelancers – we would never engage contractors via Telegram, WhatsApp or similar, and any communications would be via an “@askattest.com” email address. Does Attest offer sponsorship?

I saw a role recently but I cannot find it anymore, can I still apply?
If a role isn’t on our website it means we’re not accepting applications for the position anymore. We process applications on a rolling basis and encourage everyone to apply as soon as they can.
