We are looking for a Talent Executive to help us find the Attesters of the future. The role
We’re looking for a Talent Executive to join our People team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on delivery role focused primarily on sourcing and early-stage screening rather than end-to-end hiring ownership. You will source and screen for commercial and engineering roles in London and commercial roles in New York. This is a newly created role as we test how dedicated sourcing and screening support can improve hiring efficiency across the business.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential candidates, managing early-stage screening, and helping move people efficiently through the hiring funnel.This is an execution-focused role designed for someone earlier in their talent career who wants to deepen their sourcing and screening craft. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the detail of hiring and building strong fundamentals in high-quality recruitment delivery.
The logistics
This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract whilst we test how dedicated sourcing and screening support can improve hiring efficiency across the business. The salary range for this role is £38,000 to £42,000 pro rata.
We embrace a flexible hybrid work model. While we don't mandate specific office days, we ask Attesters to work on-site 2 days per week. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focussed work.
What you’ll be doing
Proactively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Welcome to the Jungle, taking a hands-on approach to finding and engaging people who may not be actively applying but could be a great fit for Attest.
Build, test, and refine search strings and filters to identify relevant talent, learning how to balance speed and quality while developing a strong understanding of what “good” looks like across different roles.
Craft and send personalised outreach messages that reflect Attest’s tone and values, with the goal of sparking interest, starting meaningful conversations, and encouraging candidates to enter the hiring funnel.
Review inbound applications and assess candidates against role requirements, ensuring every application is given fair consideration and progressing strong profiles efficiently.
Conduct initial screening calls, confidently representing Attest and the role, setting clear expectations, and ensuring candidates have a positive, professional experience from their very first interaction with us.
Manage candidate information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment systems.
Use AI tools thoughtfully to support sourcing, screening, and outreach efficiency - for example, helping with research, drafting messages, or organising information - whilst working within Attest’s guardrails, applying sound judgement and attention to quality.
You will work towards a number of key metrics, focused on candidate generation, volume of sourcing and candidate conversion through the hiring process.
What we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience in a recruitment, sourcing, or talent coordination role (agency or in-house), with hands-on responsibility for candidate outreach and screening.
Experience of supporting a variety of live hiring processes across a range of roles and teams. Experience of hiring in London and New York would be ideal.
Understand the fundamentals of structured, fair, and inclusive hiring processes, ensuring that candidates are treated consistently whilst having the hiring best experience.
Experience sourcing and screening candidates at volume, with the ability to review applications and outreach responses efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and a positive experience for every candidate.
Confidence using LinkedIn, job platforms, and applicant tracking systems (we use TeamTailor), enabling you to move quickly, stay organised, and ensure candidate information and outcomes are accurately recorded at every stage.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and inclusive outreach messages that reflect Attest’s tone and values and encourage candidates to respond.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through, able to manage high volumes of candidates, track next steps, and ensure timely communication and updates.
Able to work at pace, this is an execution-focused role managing multiple roles or pipelines simultaneously, prioritising effectively, and staying focused in a fast-moving hiring environment.
Nice to have
Ideally, will have experimented with AI tools to support research, drafting outreach messages and administrative tasks without compromising fairness or candidate experience.
Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment
Familiarity with structured hiring processes and inclusive recruitment practices
What would success look like in this role?
As a Talent Executive, you would have built strong candidate pipelines, ran efficient and fair screening processes, whilst ensuring candidates feel informed and respected throughout.
