No surprises. Here's exactly what to expect.
We move fast, communicate clearly, and make sure you have everything you need at each step.

Step 1 - Application
A straightforward form that takes less than 5 minutes to complete. We read every application. You'll hear back within 5 working days whether we progress or not.

Step 2 - Recruiter Screen
A 30-minute call to cover your background, what you're looking for, and answer your questions about the role and Attest.

Step 3 - Hiring Manager Interview
A 45-60 minute deeper conversation about the role, your experience, and how you approach the work. Two-way — you're assessing us too.

Step 4 - Skills Assessment
You'll get to show us what you can do. We'll give you a practical task that's relevant to the role, nothing generic, nothing designed to catch you out.

Step 5 - Values Interview
A 30 minute interview discussing how you approach challenges, how you show up for the people around you, and what you care about.

Step 6 - Offer
Reasonable Adjustments
We want every candidate to be able to show up at their best. If there's anything we can do to make the process more accessible for you, at any stage, just let us know. You don't need to explain why, just tell us what would help and we'll make it happen.
Examples of reasonable adjustments could include, more time for a task, asking for captions to be switched on during a video interview or asking for your interview to take time at a particular time of day because you are fasting, need to pray, take medication, need to do the school run at a certain time. This list is not exhaustive so please get in touch to discuss any adjustments that you may need.
Feedback
We collect feedback at every stage of the interview process and for candidates that reach the hiring manager stage or beyond, we offer to share that feedback as we appreciate that it is critical in aiding your search to find the perfect role.
Feedback is completely optional and we appreciate that people have different preferences so we offer a ten minute feedback call or a summary via email.
